Description: Renovation of 138,700 sq.ft. of floor space at Bellevue and Woodhull hospitals to provide state-of-the-art specialty care to incarcerated patients in New York City.
Services Provided: TMG is responsible for all LEED Enhanced Cx of all MEP systems. Responsibilities also include developing Cx plans for all project phases, developing MEP pre-functional checklists and functional performance tests utilizing a web-based Cx software tool (Facility Grid), Current Facilities Requirements, O&M plan, and Final Cx Report.
Description: This 104,000 sq.ft. CRC is part of the redevelopment occurring at the old North Park Mill site located at the approximate corner of Eastway Drive and North Tryon Street in Charlotte. The center will offer a multitude of previously separated County health and human services at a single location.
Services Provided: TMG is the Cx Sub-consultant for SKA Consulting Engineers responsible for all MEP Cx throughout all project phases for all MEP Cx and post-acceptance phase development of the Systems Manual and O&M Manual.
Description: Lead Cx Agent for new 215,600 sq.ft. building housing nationally recognized centers of interdisciplinary research in cybersecurity, computational biology, quantum computing, data science, and other fast-growing technical fields.
Services Provided: TMG provided commissioning for all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems as well as the building automation system. The systematic commissioning process began in the design phase and continued through construction and post-acceptance phases with actual verification of the project’s energy-related system performance. The green construction initiatives were based on the International Green Construction Code (IgCC). Also, professional engineering review of all design documents and submittals, including a critical review of controls design, submittal, and sequences of operation.

Description: The New Terminal One will be a 23-gate, state-of-the-art terminal. The terminal will feature expansive, naturally lit public spaces, cutting edge technology, and an array of amenities to enhance and reimagine the passenger experience. The project is designed to achieve a minimum of LEED v4 Silver certification and Envision v3 Gold certification.
Services Provided: TMG is the Cx sub-consultant for FST Technical Services responsible for design phase Cx reviews, Owner's Project Requirements (OPR), Monitoring-Based Cx Plan, submittal and O&M reviews, training coordination, Current Facilities Requirements and Systems Manual for LEED certification, and BMS trending reviews.
Description: New 27,000 sq.ft. two-story building containing administrative offices, health instruction, and student treatment services. It was the first LEED project on the campus and achieved LEED Silver certification.
Services Provided: TMG provided commissioning for all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and building automation systems. The systematic commissioning process began in the design phase and continued through the construction phase. The post-acceptance phase commissioning included actual verification of the project's energy-related system performance.
Description: New 130,000 sq.ft. building containing thematic research spaces, living labs/experimental studios, modern re-configurable classrooms, offices and meeting spaces, as well as strategically design open/green spaces. The ERIC building provides the University with a state-of-the-art engineering facility with the flexibility to adapt to future needs.
Services Provided: TMG was the MBE Cx sub-consultant to SKA Consulting Engineers. TMG was responsible for developing all Cx specifications, Cx plans for all project phases, all MEP pre-functional checklists and functional performance tests utilizing a web-based Cx software tool (CxAlloy), Start-Up Plan, Systems Manual, and Final Cx Report. TMG also provided professional engineering reviews for all design-development and construction documents, as well as contractor submittals.
Description: The Central Heating Plant is a power station located at 325 13th Street, SW in the Southwest Federal Center neighborhood of Washington, D.C. which serves most of the United States federal government buildings near the National Mall.
Services Provided: TMG provided Demonstration of Performance Testing of 16,000 Ton Central Utility Chilled Water Plant to verify proper performance and verification of instrumentation and meter accuracy.
Description: Remodel of a 1966 library into a state-of-the-art nucleus of information for both faculty and students. The new 55,337 sq.ft. renovated library featured modern study areas and office spaces, creating a 21st century information hub for accessible information access, learning, and knowledge.
Services Provided: TMG and it's partner firm were responsible for all MEP Cx and post-acceptance phase development of the Systems Manual and O&M Manual.

Description: Building Controls Integrator for a 98,940 SF elementary school contracted by Maryland Stadium Authority.
Services Provided: TMG was contracted as the building controls integrator to coordinate the complete controls integration of manufacturer equipment that included 116 Variable Refrigerant Flow indoor Fan coil units and 11 Variable Refrigerant Flow outdoor condensing units, 68 VAV's, 3 DOAS, and 2 RTUs as well as other equipment. The integration of this equipment including developing application specification sequences for all of the equipment to operation as a complete system. TMG also performed the installation, checkout and commissioning of all of the controls equipment and integrated to a Siemens Desigo Optic Building Automation System.

Description: BAS controls upgrades for Rama Road Elementary, Northridge Middle School, and Irwin Academic Center
Services Provided: TMG was contracted as the Engineer of Record to provide professional engineering services for the complete replacement of outdated pneumatic and legacy DDC controls at (3) large schools. The old controls are being replaced with new BACnet DDC control systems and enhanced, web-based graphical user interfaces integrated into the master CMS system. TMG's scope of work involved evaluating the condition of existing MEP, lighting, and controls systems, researching original MEP design criteria, submittals, and equipment sizing, reproducing all architectural base sheets and MEP layouts in CAD format from scanned existing conditions documents, producing controls schematics / points lists / sequences of operation, developing project specification packages, and producing mechanical designs where necessary to improve system performance, efficiency, and indoor air quality. TMG is also contracted to provide construction administration and full MEP and BAS commissioning services through project completion.
Description: The Boeing 787 Dreamliner Expansion Project involves multiple buildings on its 240-acre complex. This project represents the largest single capital investment in South Carolina’s history, a record previously tied to BMW's historic decision to bring its luxury car assembly to the state in 1992.
Services Provided: M/E/P and Building Automation Consulting Engineer. Included third party review and startup assistance for various M/E/P systems. Also worked as the Joint Venture’s consultant for the Building
Automation Systems.
Description: This 208,271 sq.ft. LEED® Gold building operates around-the-clock. This facility is a first-class center, with first-class technology and operations that supply essential satellite data to forecasters to produce the most accurate weather and climate projections possible. This facility has a significant role in predicting where hurricanes will form, and when and where they will strike. TMG was hired to provide necessary documentation for GSA IT to develop an IGE and scope of work for controls interface upgrade to Niagara.
Services Provided: TMG's scope of services provided were Identification of all IP addressable controllers in the building, documentation of MAC addresses for existing devices, existing device IP addresses, and current GSA switch names, IP addresses, and locations. We assisted with integration vendor selection. Gathered existing equipment diagrams and verified accuracy. Reviewed integration vendor’s engineering submittal. Performed graphics and programming review. Supported the integration team with graphics and programming commissioning

Description: These Federal buildings include the Customs House and Courthouse which are a part of the Savannah National Historic Landmark District. Built in the late 1800s/early 1900s, they serve as a beautiful and readily identifiable part of Savannah’s beautiful downtown district.

Description: In support of the Agricultural Research Service mission, the research program of the U. S. National Poultry Research Center is focused on ensuring & improving food and feed safety, and improving food and crop quality. The Russell Research building is a total of 302,306 sqft. The Southeast Poultry Research Laboratory is 25,783 sqft.
