JFK Airport: New Terminal One

Description: The New Terminal One will be a 23-gate, state-of-the-art terminal.  The terminal will feature expansive, naturally lit public spaces, cutting edge technology, and an array of amenities to enhance and reimagine the passenger experience.  The project is designed to achieve a minimum of LEED v4 Silver certification and Envision v3 Gold certification.

Services Provided: TMG is the Cx sub-consultant for FST Technical Services responsible for design phase Cx reviews, Owner's Project Requirements (OPR), Monitoring-Based Cx Plan, submittal and O&M reviews, training coordination, Current Facilities Requirements and Systems Manual for LEED certification, and BMS trending reviews.

NYC Health + Hospitals Outposted Therapeutic Housing Units Projects, New York, NY

Description: Renovation of 138,700 sq.ft. of floor space at Bellevue and Woodhull hospitals to provide state-of-the-art specialty care to incarcerated patients in New York City.

Services Provided: TMG is responsible for all LEED Enhanced Cx of all MEP systems. Responsibilities also include developing Cx plans for all project phases, developing MEP pre-functional checklists and functional performance tests utilizing a web-based Cx software tool (Facility Grid), Current Facilities Requirements, O&M plan, and Final Cx Report.

Harmony II and Storey Bend Solar Farms

Description: Harmony II solar farm and Storey Bend solar farm both have 74.5 MW of capacity and will each have 300,000 panels on separate 500-acre sites. When completed, OUC will be the sole recipient of the combined 149 MW of clean energy through a 20-year power purchase agreement with Florida Renewable Partners, a division of NextEra Energy, which is building and will operate the farms.

Services Provided: SCADA Integration, Power Plant Controller design and programming, IT/OT Network Design/Build.

Florida Power & Light Company - Silver Palm Solar

At this 74.9 MW solar plant in Florida, TMG delivered SCADA integration plus generation and substation startup and commissioning. Our solar commissioning covers verification of inverters, trackers, meters, and weather instrumentation.
