Description:   Atrium Health Cabarrus is the only hospital in one of the fastest-growing counties in the state, Cabarrus County. A new tower was part of the hospital’s master plan and will be home to some of the region’s top experts in treatments, transcatheter aortic valve replacement, and advanced electrophysiology and vascular procedures. This tower is an addition to the cardiology center at the Sanger Heart and Vascular Institute. Atrium Health is committed to providing advanced and personalized medical care to the five-county region and the surrounding communities. The 180,000 SF project was phased to provide minimum disruption to the hospital, including keeping the main connecting corridor functional throughout construction.

Services Provided: TMG was hired to provide professional engineering services for the plumbing and fire protection systems, including shop drawing reviews and RFI support.

Services Provided:  TMG was hired to provide professional engineering services including Mechanical and Plumbing equipment selections, MEP and fire protection specifications, HVAC control schematics and sequences of operation, review MEP and fire protection submittals, and provide construction administration support.
