The terminal will feature expansive, naturally lit public spaces, cutting edge technology, and an array of amenities to enhance and reimagine the passenger experience. The project is designed to achieve a minimum of LEED v4 Silver certification and Envision v3 Gold certification.
Services Provided: TMG is the Cx sub-consultant for FST Technical Services responsible for design phase Cx reviews, Owner's Project Requirements (OPR), Monitoring-Based Cx Plan, submittal and O&M reviews, training coordination, Current Facilities Requirements and Systems Manual for LEED certification, and BMS trending reviews.
